Leicester Housing Association was selected as the preferred developer in January 2006, and there followed an in depth consultation process which concluded in the Autumn of 2007 when Nottingham City Council adopted the original Master Plan. The first block of flats to be demolished was in Eastham Close, followed by Dennet Close. Evening Post reporter Mike Greenwell was at my side on the occasions I took this video.
